Hominy!

We had another lazy day but did take a little drive though a few new areas on the way to the grocery store. I was able to find chili seasoning for my pork-lion we we were able to have that tonight, yum as the chili was a bit sweetly spiced. Adding to the mix was the usual broccoli but I was also excited to find Hominy the other day so boiled that up with some butter and yummy spices too. Tomorrow we’ll start another week of camp, this time at the JFK school a bit further away from home. So it’ll be back to setting an alarm.
